The Red Tractor Assurance Livestock Market and Collection Centre Scheme is governed and managed by the Red Tractor Assurance Beef & Lamb Board which responsible for overseeing the management of the beef and lamb supply chain Schemes and their activities.
The Beef and Lamb Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is responsble for setting the Scheme Standards.
